Why we created MiCasa

We created MiCasa to shake-up the way residential buildings currently operate. Our aim is to establish a new norm where owners, renters, council and management groups use technology to work together to create a real, harmonious community for people living in residential buildings.

Addressing terminology

Buildings are just buildings right? Well no, not exactly. For consistency, we use the term ‘building’ to refer to any style of dense residential dwelling. You may be more familiar with one of these popular terms: strata, HOA, owners’ corporation, apartment, flat, condo, townhouse community, the list goes on.

Who created MiCasa?

MiCasa is created by MiCasa Online Inc. a small, independent company, located just off Granville Island in Vancouver, Canada. We are experts at creating easy to use, functional, web applications for people living in residential buildings.
Can MiCasa help people in residential buildings live better? In short, YES.
